Cnudde Farms is a first-generation farm operated by Eric and Amanda Cnudde. Established in 2012 in Lennon, Michigan, we specialize in hay and forage production alongside a direct-to-consumer meat business.
Our farm-to-table livestock operation consists largely of beef cattle production. We raise top quality, crossbred angus cattle born right here on the farm, and we’re intimately involved in every step of the process - from the birthing of the calves to the finished product, frozen fresh and ready for your dinner table.
All of our cattle are grain-finished on rations that consist of locally sourced corn and protein for that perfect marbling and delicious flavor. Here at Cnudde Farms we make all of our own feed in-house to ensure quality and consistency in the finished product.
Beef is available for purchase by the side (quarter, half, or whole beef). When buying this way, the customer is able to place their own unique cutting instructions with the butcher, which allows them to have their side cut and packaged at their preference.
We’re not happy until our customers are! We also raise our own pork - starting from piglets all the way up to market weight. Hogs can be purchased seasonally by the half or whole hog.
Cnudde Farms also has a farm storefront stocked with delicious cuts of our beef and pork products. If purchasing a whole side of beef or pork is not for you, come on out to the farm and mix and match products from our store inventory.
Family roots and laying the groundwork for the future is important to us here at the farm. Because of this, the next generation of Cnudde farmers are already involved with the family business! At ages 5 and 3, Clayton and Charlotte have raised a group of baby chicks up into a beautiful flock of laying hens, and are now offering fresh eggs in our farm storefront, as well as at our self-serve, roadside stand.
In today’s world it is as important as ever to know where your food comes from. If you’re looking for a source of locally grown meats that are not only consistently delicious, but also free of hormones, antibiotics, and are safe for your family, contact Cnudde Farms today!
